6tsp baking powder
3/4c grated cheese
Sift flour, baking powder & salt into bowl. Mix in butter until resembles fine crumbs. Add milk and mix to a soft dough. Knead few times. Dust oven tray with flour. Press scone dough onto tray. Cut into 12 pieces. Brush tops with milk. Top scones with grated cheese. Bake at 220c for 10min until golden brown.
